This move turned into a nightmare once initial payment was done. Packing crew barely wrapped items before literarily throwing them into boxes.... As a result, half of all our glassware and chinaware was broken. Even we paid extra for insurance, it was denied by insurance company due to the Raffles being black listed....

We have had the most horrendous experience, where items that have been in storage while we were away in Pittsburgh, were delivered BROKEN, MISSIng and damaged. They did not renew our insurance despite us having it on our agreement, stating there was an ‘oversight’ on their part.
After two days of supposedly trying to ‘assist’ us, they have come back with a compensation of $200, which they ‘generously’ upped to 500 as a ‘special Case’- for goods insured over $10,000! Additionally It has cost us over $15000 for our goods to be stored, only to receive them in the shoddy and irresponsible way they were delivered.
We feel cheated and our trust, abused.
We have since seen several other clients share similar disastrous experiences on other expat forums.
It’s a shame they are allowed to continue operations.
