28I was clearly informed (and have WhatsApp confirmation) that all charges for shipping, clearance, and delivery would be handled by their company, and that only customs duty/tax would be payable separately.
I made an advance payment followed by the remaining balance, and the total amount paid for the service was SGD 5,304, as confirmed by their receipt.
However, the shipment timeline was not honored. Goods were collected in late December 2025 with an expected delivery around 21 January 2026, but the shipment was only dispatched in mid-March and arrived around 20 March 2026. During this period, communication was inconsistent and difficult.
Upon arrival in Pakistan, the destination agent informed us that they had not received payment from Four Season Relocation, which prevented clearance and delivery of the shipment. Despite repeated follow-ups, this issue remains unresolved, and no confirmation of settlement has been provided.
After this, we were asked to pay additional charges such as shipping line and port charges, which directly contradicts the original agreement and written confirmation that no additional charges would apply except customs duty/tax.
As of now, the matter remains unresolved, the goods are still stuck at the port, and the representative is not responding to calls or messages.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.Read more
I have now a scheduled court date with them simply to deliver my household goods. I have it in writing that they refuse to deliver goods and refuse to uphold the contract. They have zero care to the impact they're having on other people's lives. Their behavior is unethical and abhorrent.
I have suffered extensive damages, stress and disruption to a new life in a new country due to their actions. Read the reviews below.
My experience started off well — the staff was polite and responsive before I signed the contract. Unfortunately, everything changed the moment I made full payment. After that, my emails went unanswered, and despite repeated requests, I was never given receipts for the deposit or the remaining balance. Thankfully, I paid via PayNow, so I have proof of payment even though the company refused to provide documentation.
I was told my shipment from Singapore to the USA would arrive within a maximum of 10 weeks, and my contract clearly stated that the quoted price covered door‑to‑door delivery, including unpacking.
On packing day, the crew arrived early, packed everything, and took the boxes away. I later received an email with the vessel departure date and the estimated arrival timeline.
Once the shipment reached the USA, the partner company contacted me to say it had cleared customs and was sitting in their warehouse. Then the problems escalated. I received two separate invoices from the US partner: the first was US$36 for “port fee,” which we paid despite being confused. Weeks later, a second invoice arrived — this time for US$3,000 for delivery services. They stated they would not release or deliver my shipment until this amount was paid. This was outrageous, as I had already paid Four Season in full for door‑to‑door service.
I immediately emailed Four Season, but once again received no response. I then contacted the surveyor via WhatsApp, sending proof of my full payment along with the US$3,000 invoice. He acknowledged that my payment covered door‑to‑door delivery and asked for more time to resolve the issue. That deadline came and went with no update. Meanwhile, my shipment remains on hold, and I am extremely anxious because it contains important documents and time‑sensitive items. Four Season has stopped replying to emails, messages, and now refuses to answer phone calls altogether.
It has now been 13 weeks, and my belongings are still stuck in the warehouse because of this unresolved payment dispute.
Companies that treat customers this way — ignoring communication, withholding receipts, and failing to honor contractual obligations — do not deserve our trust or our business.
I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING THEM AS YOUR RELOCATION COMPANY.Read more
I strongly advise anyone not to use Four Season Relocation Singapore for moving services.
We paid in full on 24 June 2025 for our household shipment from Singapore to Cape Town, South Africa. Packing was completed in July, and the container arrived in Cape Town in early October — but Four Season has refused to release our Bill of Lading / Waybill, meaning our goods remain stuck at the port.
Despite dozens of calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from both us and their South African partner, the company has ignored all communication or made false promises to resolve the issue.
On 13 October 2025, my husband visited their listed address at 101 Kitchener Road, #03-04A Jalan Besar Plaza, and building security confirmed that no such company operates there.
We are now incurring daily storage charges and facing major financial and emotional stress.
This experience raises serious concerns about fraudulent or unethical conduct.
Please be extremely cautious — check that any relocation company you use is legitimately registered, physically verified, and transparent about release documents.
