    Great value movers providing a similar service to the competitors. We did have troubles with last minute changes to the container arriving to collect our items which caused a fair bit of stress.

    The Thai Agent they used was excellent though and guided us through the customs and delivery process flawlessly.

    worst decision to go with 4Seasons. I was cheated; goods were delivered only in 8 wks, and with missing items, which havent been compensated even after 4mths. And whats worse, no one answers my calls or emails, and when they do, only excuses!

    Thank you for your feedback. Please note that your shipment was booked on consol/groupage basis (subject to availability) but we could send it without much delay. The normal transit time from port to port SG-Sydney is two and half weeks but due to the maritime issues including the shipping company re-routing the vessel it did take an extra week, quarantine time in Australia about 3 weeks, this is all normal process which we had explained to you. Yes, there was two pieces (1x double seater sofa,1x single matress) and we agreed to claim insurance based on your declaration and in process. It is unfortunate that you were very quick to write a one star review about us. In what way Four Season Relocation cheated you ? We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Their professionalism and adaptability were outstanding. I transported an altar from Singapore to Toronto, and they accommodated by storing it for a month. Impressively, all my items arrived without any damage.
