The quality of Apac Team is outstanding; we had a great experience in Dec 2023, from packing till bringing to Sydney. The movement was perfect so had all baggage also nicely arrived. The attention and swiftness of the movers were reassuring. We really felt the sense of confidence in what they were doing, has packed every item with care. Please do not use APAC relocation. They are the worst. Many items were stolen, my bags which were locked. Opened my items removed, stolen and repacked. They also refuse to give insurance giving all kinds of excuses. I will be making a police report and consumer case and legal action. My items stolen were new and expensive and they refuse to give insurance. Please go with ST cargo or sell your items online. Please do not use Apac relocation ever.

I found Apac relocation to move our things from Singapore to australia and staff are very approachable and patiently answering all my queries and worries except of the team who pack especially the [Name removed by Sirelo] guy who I offering mu helo tonpack my things but he refused and very talkative like he is doing it for 10 years and leave everything to them.i let him do however the TV was damage like broken cos when we open there is ni bubble wrap protecting the TV screen. They beought 2 rolls of bubble wrap but put only 1 liner as shown in my photos. They asked me to take insurance but they promised that the items will be safe and no worries and they customise the box put crate. But no customise box and at the end its broken but the rest is ok. I ask for damage compensation but until now no response yet.

I had requested APAC to ship my personal belongings from Singapore to China. The people were great to communicate with and promptly responded to any of my queries. This was my first experience moving household stuff, so I was a bit worried. The staff was very well organized and professional. They were timely and also very helpful. The cargo arrived within 3 weeks. There were no surprise charges at the destination end, and importantly, the service from start to finish was excellent.
I was kept informed at every step of the way, Thanks to the Apac team, our shipment was delivered on time and the process was all smooth. Overall it was a very good experience and I strongly recommend Apac for any future relocation service.

APAC relocation has helped with my move from Singapore to the US. They were extremely helpful in clarifying all queries regarding customs processes and related regulations. The packers arrived on time and dealt with condo management too! for packing and shifting. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the packing crew, and the relocation agent, who was always very responsive and courteous. We are appreciative and very grateful and it really meant a lot for us as we were already very stressed with our move. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no breakages at all. The team definitely gave me and my family a very positive and smooth relocation experience.

We went with APAC relocations to ship our household goods from Singapore to San Francisco since their rates were the most competitive. After finalizing the volume and prices, APAC relocations packed the items on the first week of March 2022. Until then, the communications from [Name removed by Sirelo] of APAC were excellent, and they were really proactive in keeping me up to date. Once the full payment was made, it went downhill quickly.

I can understand and accept that there will be some delays due to ongoing logistics issues globally. But it's been almost 7 months, and they still have not delivered my household goods to me. My items were kept in Singapore for almost 2 months waiting for the container to fill, and then [Name removed by Sirelo] tells me by May 2022 that my items are being shipped to New York which is the other end of US! By then, we had already moved out of Singapore and we were left with no choice.

After making full payment, there were no proactive updates from APAC and I had to follow-up every single time to know what's going on. It took a good 2 1/2 months for the goods to arrive in US by sea, and their local partner Schumacher Logistics are pathetic in communication. Their partner Schumacher charged me USD 600 (SGD 840) for port congestion and delays which is not my fault, since APAC sent my goods to New York on their own.

As of writing this review they still have not delivered, and it looks like it will take another 1.5 months for my goods to be delivered. That would make it 8.5 months for APAC to ship and deliver from Singapore to San Francisco via New York! And [Name removed by Sirelo] from APAC is completely missing in action, and it's left to me to follow up with their local partner in crime, Schumacher Logistics.

My horror story with APAC still has not ended and I hope my items arrive undamaged. I would give them negative 10 stars if I could. I'm still suffering due to my decision to go with them purely due to their low pricing. If you're shipping to US, please run away from them and go with some other provider.Read more
