Please beware of this company. Turned up late to a job (booked and assigned through Gogovan) and weren’t able to complete the job as they were late.
More importantly- they damaged the dining table (see photos) and haven’t offered explanation or compensation in 4 months now. The manager [name removed by Sirelo] did come over to inspect the table but hasn’t offered compensation and doesn’t answer my emails or calls.
The employees were perfectly polite however didn’t speak any English and were really small guys- not built for heavy moving. They clearly dropped it- The table is a large bespoke granite table and I’m thousands out of pocket now.
