Delivery took 4 months instead of 2 and my 5k SGD worth TV was damaged. Insurance denied because they say it was owner packed. Firstly, the TV was in factory box with all foam plastic inside. There’s nothing safer than that for transportation. Secondly, the TV was clearly dropped on the corner because the box is heavily damaged in the same corner where TV was damaged, and then they put their branded tape on it, clearly was trying to fix the damage. And Thirdly, why they made me to pay for insurance if they knew all my items was “owner-packaged” and they knew but never told me that this will invalidate the insurance.
Can’t recommend this service to anyone who sends any valuable goods.

NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. We have lost our one big box full of personal use items. We have informed and wrote a mail to the singapore person and UK person too regarding our missing box. BUT NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO OUR MESSAGE.

As per our destination partner there were no missing boxes reported. As per the delivery documents all packages were delivered. We have asked for the box number, but no response from the client. Please email or whatsapp us for further discussion.

One guy Came down to look on the items and quoted. But after packing, the packing guy said the volume have increased as per quoted. Luckily the company willing to waive the extra cost.
