Great pre-sales service. Packing was also great. That’s where the good stops. They consistently misled and lied to us about timescales. They quoted 6-8 weeks door to door. After 6 weeks our good were still in Singapore! Their communication was zero, I had the chase everytime. When I tried to complain the manager didn’t care less and refused to call me to discuss.

Delivery took 4 months instead of 2 and my 5k SGD worth TV was damaged. Insurance denied because they say it was owner packed. Firstly, the TV was in factory box with all foam plastic inside. There’s nothing safer than that for transportation. Secondly, the TV was clearly dropped on the corner because the box is heavily damaged in the same corner where TV was damaged, and then they put their branded tape on it, clearly was trying to fix the damage. And Thirdly, why they made me to pay for insurance if they knew all my items was “owner-packaged” and they knew but never told me that this will invalidate the insurance.
Can’t recommend this service to anyone who sends any valuable goods.
