VERY responsible delivery from Ronnie for Tracking ID MOQJBG. He Informed 30min in advance with the estimated time so I can ensure someone is home to receive the frozen salmon. The items were hand delivered instead of just left at the door, like my other delivery earlier. Thank you for your excellent service, Ronnie!

Gin is so helpful and responsible in the delivery.
He have called me while I'm engage in the meeting. But he have tried his best to coordinate the delivery with me via WA. He even offer to help me bring the cake into my mum house and place it on the fridge when I told him my mum is old and with shaky hand. His extra miles service it really good to commend on. *Thumbs up*

Uparcel keep me updated on my delivery status. The driver call me when she wasn’t able to find the address but I wasn’t at my phone. But she managed to problem solve it after a while and delivered the fruit box to my friend. Delivery is also on time and speedy! U are great and Thk u!

'I had a fantastic experience with the delivery of my mooncake. The delivery person went above and beyond by calling ahead to ensure someone was available to receive the package. When I wasn't home, he made the extra effort to return and re-deliver with patience and kindness. I'm truly impressed by his professionalism and excellent service!'
