Still haven't got my belongings 8 months later. Moovaz will take your money and then not pay their suppliers. My belongings have been held at the UK port for 5 months and Moovaz no longer respond to any communication. I have been in touch with many people in the same situation all over the world. do not use this company.

they charged me for professional cleaning, ended up only 2 part time workers came without any equipment.
also charged for house repair, no one come
charged for 2nd floor delivery at the destination but on site, they refused to do
tried to contact the contact person, after received the money, they turned unreachable and NOT refund the serviced they didn't show up

All the team members were very helpful . They listened well and their ability to connect and give helpful advice at every step of the way . From the start to the follow up process and then to the packers . The packers were the honestly the best packers we have had in all of our moves .

Seamless move. Very responsive - communicated through whatsapp which was easier and provided instant feedback. Movers themselves had a great attitude and were really friendly. Provided a very competitive quote. Move from HK to SG was very fast. A few plates and an ornament broke but overall great experience.

I'm especially pleased with the surveyors and the constant correspondence. [name removed by Sirelo] was really on the ball throughout the whole process. Not only that, they gave a rather good price that was very difficult to say no to.
