    In line with our effort to provide comprehensive logistic provisions with commercial shipments and warehouse resource as our main core business since year 2013, we have subsequently extended our services to Relocation, Courier/Parcel and Balikbayan needs to cater the demands of our broader market base.

    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    Yes. Our Move Consultant will offer an insurance program suitable for the move or service you have availed. Insurance is a separate cost and will depend on your total declared value. Though insurance coverage is not obligatory, we strongly recommend it because the possibility of loss or damage during the transit time is unavoidable.

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    Leave the fuss to us and let’s get things moving. Our move specialist will help you plan the entire move process seamlessly.

    they outsourced the staff to pack my items and no one from the company monitored. I had 2 destinations, some items were sent to the wrong destination. Items were badly packed, nobody wanted to be responsible. there was no many other problems. too much stress with them

    We moved from Singapore to Melbourne Australia. We received quotes from 5 different moving companies and MHM gave us the best and the reviews we read made us feel very confident using them.

    The packed everything in Singapore really well, and their crew were very polite friendly, professional and thorough. The movers in Melbourne were great, they we very quick and helpful and took all the packaging away.

    I would definitely recommend them if you are planning a move. Would definitely use again if we have to move again.

    Experience on the Singapore leg was great with everything packed on time with the actual packers fantastic. On the NZ receiving end, I was charged more fees which I was suspect about and having to have the goods stored for a couple of months, I wasn't able to access my stuff which I wasn't told about. Upon delivery, 2 awesome guys came and moved my goods directly from the container but in reality, more people are needed for H&S purposes. Luckily 2 big Island guys carried things by themselves but I had to do the truck work and hand things to them, otherwise they would have done it and slowed them down. Otherwise things went well and all delivered with no damage.
