Did not complete the job the quoted for, but still charged the full price.
As well as not moving my bed, they dismantled my fridge/freezer then left saying they were late for another job, which meant all my chilled & frozen goods were spoiled. Also excessive marks on the walls & furniture due to lack of care.
Advised on the day by telephone that I would be compensated, but then did not respond to any emails on the topic.
