Normal packing, and deviating size packaging very good. Hardly any damage. Slightly slow in the packaging actions. Underestimating time required and volume required. Did not choose optimal shipping route taking large detour taking more time. The Singapore side of things went very well. No other remarks. However on the destination side which was also part of the overall move organised by Intertrans things were less positive. The clearance process took very long. The local destination partner did not seem very pro active in trying to reduce this. Resulting in additional costs of which we were only informed the day before planned delivery. It came across to us as blackmail. All in all not happy with the destination partner at all. Not a lot if clarity was given in the required documents and the critical elements in that to ease the import of our household goods resulting in additional costs and efforts for us to arrange the right documents. The movers in Singapore had no lifting aids or devices at all. Destination was slightly better organised. Some goods were requested to be crated. The movers experience with crating seemed to be very limited. Not happy with that element of the move at all.Read more

This has been the WORST experience of my life - at dealing with a service provider!
All that they do is sell proficiently. [name removed by Sirelo], the salesperson, looked super professional and was super prompt until I made the advance payment. For my move from Singapore to Bangalore, they were supposed to work over 2 days. They sent just 1 person on day 1 and hardly finished 10% of the work.
Their quality of packing was sub-standard without any use of bubble wrap. I repeatedly requested to ensure that they send sufficient people on the final day and on-time to wrap up the work. They sent just 2 people who landed late in the day and as expected, the work didn't finish by the last day. There was also significant breakage and damage of some of my expensive goods due to their last minute, hastily done packing.
I had to request extension from my landlord by 1 more day and delay my flights and incur many extra charges for their inefficiency. On day 3 as well, their packing staff didn't arrive at all. [name removed by Sirelo] stopped answering my calls and finally, my mother had to pack most of the things since we couldn't afford any delay. Then again, there was no response for all the damages. They had provided me an estimated delivery within 12 days to Bangalore and then customs clearance. They delayed the promise to 18 days to deliver in Bangalore and all that they have to say is that they have one line in the quotation which says estimates are variable.
There was no communication during customs and delivery and required multiple follow ups. On delivery, I found packages worth 1200$ missing and worth 1500$ completely broken. On top of it, they didn't even unpack 50% of the boxes and left all the furniture completely laying around unassembled even though I had paid them for assembling all dismantled items. They refused to even process my insurance claims and came back with one lie after the other!
