It was a painful experience. Bad customer service. They said cannot put the sofa inside the house, had to send it back to warehouse. When sent video to show how to put the sofa, they said need to pay extra money and need to hire handyman. They couldn't find a handyman for one week and sent invoice for $480 to just deliver it back. I found handyman in 1 hour from carousel, had to get it picked up from Movers warehouse and got it installed in home. There were more than 30 emails exchange to get my Sofa back. Such cross border house move, need company who solves problem and give peace of mind. They created more problems and caused so many hassles.

This is one of the worst movers I have ever encountered. My stuff arrived and we had agreed on a date. But the move was rescheduled due to ineptness of the staff. And the staff told me it was my responsibility to ensure that the move could proceed smoothly by informing the condo management office. I mean, the other movers I used could talk to the management office but not this company? Totally unprofessional.
Look for this company if you have extra time to spare

This is a horrible moving company and I would discourage anyone from using them. They damaged a number of my items during my move from Singapore to Toronto. The items were not packed properly. I made numerous attempts to explain the siaution but they refused to take responsibility.

Rude behaviour of packers , shoddy job of packing resulting in a lot of breakages, missing articles as the crew was so focussed on reducing the cargo to cut costs that they didnt pack a lot of stuff, junking it on their own discretion.
Guaeanteed damage to goods due to inept packaging. Rude staff, bad people skills, will throw away articles without informing.
