    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    Our goal is No Damage, No Claim. Our Insurance claims are among the lowest in the moving industry, but if you have suffered any loss/transit damage, we will assist you in processing the required documentation for a prompt and efficient settlement of the claim.

    Horrible. Be aware Galaxy is not paying their overseas agents. Your shipment will get stuck or lost!

    The supervisors from both side were excellent they were helpful, honest and willing to listen what we want them to do.
    In spore My hubby left iphone in the cupboard one of the worker inform us about it appreciate their honesty. The supervisor and workers were very efficient their work. In Johor before unloading we got the guys to carry heavy teak wood dinning table from the first floor to second floor, they never complaint carry it like feather wow very strong guys. Unpacked in systematic way finish fast. Overall we are very happy and will recommend anybody this movers anytime.

    The packing was good and everything arrived mostly in one piece. Communication was not always great. Despite numerous emails and phone calls I waited about a month to get boxes delivered so I could start packing. The service offered said the company would fill holes in the walls after taking down photo frames but this was not done. I asked for it to be completed the following day and they said someone would come but they never did. This meant I lost $200 of my deposit to fix the holes. That would put me off recommending this company to others. If it’s a service that is offered in the contract I signed it should be completed.
