Felixrelo was very reactive to take the money and pick up my furniture. However, once they had it, it took them more than two months to get it into a ship for Rotterdam. Their partners in Europe are equally slow and I am still waiting for delivery after four and a half month (20 weeks). Emails are not answered , no delivery date is being proposed. I am wondering if I will ever see my furniture again.

We instructed Felix relocation to move everything from our 3-bedroom flat in Singapore to Laoag in the Philippines. They provided us with the 2nd cheapest quote through Moovaz out of half a dozen quotes we received. The Cheapest quote we got was from CM relocation which was SGD 2K cheaper but we decided not to use them due to some bad reviews. When they came, we found that the packing in Singapore was subcontracted to CM relocation which raised some concerns which we flagged, however we found them to be packing very well and had no complaints whatsoever.
Although they did not come to our flat to do the estimation their volume estimation was in line with all the other quotations we had and was only slightly over estimated.
We received the following additional charge to our shipping on top of the original quote.
• Container Imbalance Charge: S$ 500.92
• Destination ECRS: S$ 214.68
• Peak Season Surcharge: S$ 214.68
• Total Amount: S$ 930.28
I'm not sure why they could not include a seasonal charge in the estimate, however the quote was still cheaper when including the above charges than all other quotes we received.
We had some issues paying the company handline the Philippines customs fees which caused a bit of a headache but this got sorted eventually. Our belongings arrived in just over a month which we thought was pretty quick (We moved a year earlier from London to Singapore with GB liners which took them half a year to ship our stuff)
Everything arrived and was reassembled in good order. We only had an issue that one of our height adjustable desks was not working anymore after it was reassembled. Felix relocation was very proactive in getting the value of the table refunded by the insurance which we took with them.Read more

Worst and unprofessional behaviour by the Felix Company. Haven’t committed what we agreed . We will taking the to all social media for their non commitment , non professionalism , no ownership and ruthless refusing at last stage
