Beware they are only communicative and responsive prior to the move and won't reply afterwards about damaged and missing items.

I was already out of Singapore when I realised I will not be coming back. I needed to organise the transport of our household items (family of four) from afar. I googled relocation services and from several quotations I received, I picked the 'Family Relocation'.
I just received all my stuff in perfect condition - everything was well packed, with no damage whatsoever, including the fragile items. The communication with their agent through e-mails and WhatsApp was easy, with a short response time and he provided me with all information I needed every step of the way: they picked my things from the apartment, stored them at their warehouse until the shared container to Europe was ready and then they shipped it.
I'm very pleased with their service and with a very good price for it and would definitely use their services again.
