Not professionnal at all.


Unfortunately I used their service to ship my things from Singapore to Italy.
Very friendly and efficient before your payment.
Delay with the shipment, delay with the payment of the partners, no answer. After six (6!!) months I'm still waiting the delivery of my things.
Shipment done in December. Now we are in May and my things are stored in Rome waiting for their payment. I'm receiving only solicitation from the italian forwarder (that is very professional unlike this buffons). Don't use this company and their service: they will not pay their partner and they will not answer you anymore. Don't trust Mr [name removed by Sirelo]. At today (19 May 2020) me and the italian relocator are still waiting the payment from Mr [name removed by Sirelo] to release the shipment. Very good professionist and very good partner of your colleague, Mr [name removed by Sirelo]. I'm really surprised that the SG government allow you to operate there.

It’s a ****Up company and This guy is a ***** liar! Our experience is the exact same as what the people here have described! We arranged a shipment with him to Canada in July and he promised it would only take 6 weeks to reach our door step. We trusted him and make the payment. Guess what, the shipment did arrive but in late October! And what’s worse, he didn’t pay the counterpart in Canada so our stuff is still sitting in the warehouse in Canada, waiting for him to make the payment to the delivery company here. We chased him again and again for a bloody whole month and every time he gave us the same excuse: we are facing some internal issues and needing time to resolve it! In the end he asked us to pay the money first to get our stuff delivered and then he would reimburse us, which we didn’t believe his bullsh*t at all so we said we were gonna expose him to all social media and file a complaint to CASE, only then he replied saying that he needed 2 more weeks to get it payment done. Today is the end of his 2 more weeks and we have not heard from him! From now on, We will delivery our promise and proceed to legal action. Guys, remember this guy and his company:

However, more than 30 days have passed, I still haven't seen any shipment or got any update from this mover. So I contacted the manager of this mover, he claimed that he's still waiting to fill up his container therefore my shipment is still in Singapore!!!
This is NOT acceptable. I'm exploring the possible ways to mitigate my potential loss (in terms of timing and goods) on this, perhaps an attorney or consumer protection agency in Singapore.
