Unreliable and dishonest person ([Name removed by Sirelo]) to deal with. Postponed collection to another day at last minute. All was agreed to move boxes, 1 bicycle. Pictures were shared in whatapps from the beginning and price was discussed. On the day of the move, took my items down and loaded into the truck. I paid him via bank transfer in full. Suddenly turned around and told me that it is difficult for him to engage local movers to deliver to an apartment as the local movers don’t have trolley. He had no issue on landed property. Said if apartment he need to deliver himself and access to my apartment. There is lift access in my apartment. What an absurd reason to give. And told me he cannot promise he can deliver this week when in the chat he said 3-5 days. Then another reason is he wanted extra $50 to include my foldable bicycle which was packed in a canvas bag. Reason he gave me is that it wasn’t counted as a box when I already told him I do not have a box for the foldable bicycle! Such a dishonest and no integrity person to deal with. In the end I called off the deal and took all my items back.Read more

The movers acted extremely professional and within two days moved us to our new place. They took very good care of our belongings and the price less than half of any of the experts in moving quotes
